Warner Douglas Bartending offers a unique approach to providing drinks at your event, called a dry hire. I manage all the set up and service, and you provide the alcohol. This is a great way to save money and still offer professional bartending at your event because markups on alcohol by catering companies are very high. Instead, you can save money and still provide a
top-notch experience for your guests.
I started this little company because I have always enjoyed planning events and occasions to entertain others. I have a passion for creativity and flavor and that empowers my mission to help you make your event memorable
Here is how it works
A “Dry Hire”
I offer bartending services priced per guest. As a dry hire, I do not make a profit on alcohol, and you don’t pay that markup when you provide it yourself. My estimate will be based on a cost per guest that reflects your preferences for customization whether it be a craft cocktail menu, a signature cocktail, etc.
Personalized Planning
When you decide to move forward with Warner Douglas Bartending, I will meet with you to discuss your specific preferences and finalize the cost. You would then place a deposit for me to hold the date on my calendar.
As your event approaches, I am happy to meet with and collaborate with your caterer, planner, etc. as needed.
